The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has released its March 2012 Visa Bulletin. The Visa Bulletin sets out per country priority date cutoffs that regulate a foreign nationals’ eligibility to file applications to adjust their status to a  permanent resident, or to obtain an immigrant visa application via consular processing, provided that their priority dates are prior to the cutoff dates specified by the DOS.

EB1 categories remain current.  EB2 remains current except for China and India, whose priority date is May 1, 2010. (a four month movement forward from February 2012).  EB3 remains to show a backlog.
