The EB2 category for India and China remains unchanged for the April 2012 Visa Bulletin.
The Department of State advised that the EB-2 priority dates for China-mainland and India will in fact retrogress for the remainder of FY2012 to August 15, 2007 as of the May Visa Bulletin.
We therefore strongly recommend that clients carefully watch the Visa Bulletin in the upcoming months and anyone who is eligible to file an I-485 as of the March/April 2012 Visa Bulletins files their applications as soon as possible.
